WWI / WWII US Navy Nurse (NNC) Sterling with Gold Plate

This is a museum quality reproduction of the WWII Navy Nurse Corp. collar insignia in sterling silver with a 24k gold plate. This is for a set of two notice they are left and right facing and are 1 1/8 inches tall. This insignia was used from 1917 to June 30, 1944 when it was replaced with the collars that have an acorn for medical.
