WWI US Pilot Wings Shirt Size Sterling with Gold Plate

These are WWI Pilot Wing 2 1/4 inches wide, which would indicate a shirt or sweetheart wing. This museum quality reproduction is in sterling silver with the letters US 24k gold plated. On the back are the initials TRP. A quick scan of the WWI pilot’s names did not provide any results. Does anyone know who TRP was?
