This is a museum quality reproduction of a set of Spanish American War era Colonel War Eagles made originally by NS Meyer. What is very interesting about this rank insignia is thy length of the neck of the Eagle. I have never seen one with a long neck such as these. The wing span of the Eagle is 1 ½ inches.
